Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Building Services Technician / Facility Manager for our location in Schwarzheide. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and performing minor repairs on building services systems, conducting maintenance on technical equipment, and supporting the Real Estate unit. You will also oversee and coordinate external contractors, carry out repair and maintenance work, and track warranties. The position requires meticulous documentation and clear communication with clients and on-site contacts.
