Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering to oversee the technical building operations in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the electrical engineering department, including personnel and operational planning, ensuring compliance with all technical and legal requirements. Your duties will involve independently organizing and planning maintenance and repair work, coordinating and monitoring subcontractors from execution to acceptance, and handling documentation and minor offer calculations. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in electrical engineering, coupled with leadership potential and excellent organizational skills, to ensure the smooth and lawful operation of our facilities.
