Job Summary
Join a leading German Engineering & IT service provider as a Senior IT Support Specialist. In this full-time, permanent role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and ticket systems, providing support for various IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls. You will also administer and monitor customer systems, focusing on Windows clients, Windows Servers, and Linux systems. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of support experience in a Microsoft environment, familiarity with Linux systems, and experience with MS Office 365. Completed IT education or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of support experience in a Microsoft environment
