Job Summary

Join a leading German Engineering & IT service provider as an IT Support Specialist, focusing on 1st and 2nd level support. Your daily tasks will involve IT support and customer consulting, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, and administering Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and cloud services. You will also manage user accounts in Active Directory/Azure AD, assist with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and support network infrastructure including firewalls and VPNs. The role requires an IT education or extensive experience, strong knowledge of Windows Server technologies and Microsoft 365, and practical experience with Active Directory and Azure AD.
