Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a leading Engineering & IT service provider in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and ticketing systems, and providing support for various IT technologies including servers, clients, storage, networks, and firewalls. You will administer and monitor customer systems, focusing on Windows clients, Windows Servers, and Linux systems, as well as document your work. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
Experience
- At least 3 years of support experience in a Microsoft environment
- Experience with Linux systems is preferred
- Experience supporting MS Office 365 systems
- Professional experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Languages
Additional
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner. Preference given to severely disabled and equally qualified individuals.
