Job Summary
The INTER Versicherungsgruppe is seeking an experienced SAP Module Support specialist for their IT-EAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team in Mannheim. This role focuses on the ongoing support and development of SAP modules FS-CD and FI, alongside optimizing business processes in collaboration with business departments. You will be instrumental in a significant system transformation, handling customizing, implementing new functionalities, creating documentation, and providing user training and support. The ideal candidate will have a background in business informatics or a related field, with significant practical experience in either SAP FS-CD or FI, and ideally some knowledge of the other. Strong analytical skills for process optimization, independent work ethic, and excellent communication are essential. Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Informatics, or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of experience in supporting SAP module FS-CD or FI
- Practical experience in analysis and optimization of business processes

- Experience in user training and support
- Experience in monitoring daily production and troubleshooting errors
