You will provide essential support by handling user inquiries via phone, managing hardware and software inventory, setup, and documentation, and distributing consumables. The ideal candidate is open to new technologies, willing to learn complex IT structures, and possesses a customer-oriented demeanor with strong engagement and resilience. A completed apprenticeship in a commercial or IT field is preferred.
