Key responsibilities include managing IT budgets, overseeing software license inventory, compliance, and reporting, and independently handling direct and negotiated procurements up to specified value limits. The position also entails creating tender specifications, evaluating bids, and managing contracts for leasing, mobile, and telecommunications services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, IT affinity, and excellent communication to manage diverse administrative tasks and ensure efficient IT operations and compliance.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Management Assistant, IT Systems Management Assistant, Administrative Specialist, or completed Employee Training Course I (Beschäftigtenlehrgang I). Alternatively, other vocational training or qualifications enabling the performance of the task, such as Specialist for Labor Market Services, Legal and Notary Assistant, Office Management Clerk, or Industrial Clerk.
