Job Summary
Join a partner company responsible for the urban infrastructure of Leipzig as an Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of medium and direct voltage systems, including cables, track control and signaling systems, and overhead line systems for trams. Your tasks will also include switching operations on all railway power supply systems, creating mechanical connections, operating electrical hand tools, and performing transport work. This position offers a permanent employment contract with the chance of a permanent role, intensive onboarding, above-tariff pay with bonuses, and regulated working hours (Monday-Friday, day shift, 38 hours/week). The ideal candidate has a completed vocational training in electronics or mechatronics, or equivalent professional experience, and strong German language skills.

Experience

- Professional experience in maintenance, inspection, and repair of electrical systems.
- Experience with switching operations on railway power supply systems is implied.
