You'll also manage customer app provisioning and authorization on Apple hardware. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification, possesses strong knowledge of MS Active Directory, network environments, and hardware technology, and excels in customer service. Fluency in German (B2-C1) and English is required, along with a Class B driver's license.
