As an Inhouse Support Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and digitalizing processes through D365 systems at Beckhoff Automation, a leading specialist in automation and control technology. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing D365 support tickets via DevOps, including bug analysis, and handling support emails. You will analyze, conceptualize, and test new requirements from various departments, conduct FIT/GAP analyses, and support D365 process tests during release changes. Additionally, you will be responsible for training key users and general users in D365 SCM and creating comprehensive training materials and documentation.
