Job Summary

This role involves providing on-site IT support for hardware and software directly at client locations. You will be responsible for setting up, installing, and configuring workstations, including user training. Key tasks include analyzing and resolving issues with desktop systems, laptops, printers, and peripherals, performing basic network troubleshooting, and assisting with rollouts and relocations. The position also requires documenting tickets and managing equipment using ticket and asset management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (IT System Integration Specialist) or IT Systemelektroniker (IT System Electrician), or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT onsite support
  • Experience with troubleshooting Windows clients, notebooks, printers, and standard hardware
  • Experience with ticket and asset management systems
  • Experience with Microsoft products
