Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an installer/mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning systems, or as an electronics technician for energy and building technology, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in Facility Management required
- Experience in building and technical systems maintenance is implied
- Experience with repairs and coordination of external services is implied
Languages
Additional
- Possession of a Class B driver's license is desirable. Willingness to be on call for emergency services if needed.
