Your daily tasks will involve supporting users with mobile devices (Apple) and scanners, handling inquiries at the Techbar or service desk, performing IMAC-D services in workplace and shopfloor environments, and installing PCs, notebooks, smartphones, and printers. You will also analyze and resolve issues via remote support and manage tickets. This role requires a qualified IT professional with experience in large-scale customer support and ticketing systems. You'll work with hardware from HP and Lenovo, and operating systems like Apple iOS and Windows 10/11.
