Job Summary

We are seeking a Chemical Operator (m/w/d) for a full-time, permanent position within a leading global specialty chemicals and high-performance materials company. In this role, you will operate and monitor production plants using process control technology to ensure smooth manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include preparing production, performing cleaning and minor maintenance, handling raw materials, monitoring product quality, documenting work steps, identifying deviations, and contributing to process improvements. The position requires a completed apprenticeship as a Chemical Operator or similar, at least two years of production experience, and practical experience with process control systems. You will benefit from excellent working conditions, attractive pay based on the chemical industry tariff agreement, shift allowances, and up to 30 days of vacation.
