Job Summary

Join a multinational investment company focused on renewable energies as an IT Support Specialist. You will provide daily first-level support to employees, analyzing and resolving technical issues related to Windows 11, IP telephony, and printing/copying systems. Your responsibilities will also include setting up and dismantling workstations, assisting with network tasks like cabling and IP/DNS structures, and proactively monitoring security and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate has a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification, with initial professional experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Windows client/server operating systems and Active Directory is required, along with a structured approach and high customer orientation. This role offers attractive, above-tariff compensation and a standard 40-hour work week.
