Job Summary

The City of Überlingen is seeking a Technician for Electrical Engineering to join their Building Management department. This role involves the operation and support of technical systems in and around buildings, including electronic systems, telecommunications, IT, and alarm systems. You will also be involved in energy management, project management for electrical construction projects within building management, and taking on the client role for these projects. Key responsibilities include independently managing projects with budget responsibility, from assessment and planning through to execution, supervision, billing, and documentation, as well as maintaining event technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree as a state-certified technician or master electrician, professional experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Knowledge of public procurement law and AVA programs is advantageous.
