Job Summary
As a First Level IT Support Specialist for the City of Überlingen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for users facing technical challenges. Your daily responsibilities include providing initial troubleshooting, managing support requests via a ticketing system, and performing user account management. You will be responsible for the installation, rollout, and maintenance of hardware and software, including client PCs, printers, and network components.
