Job Summary

Join a leading IT service provider as an IT Service Technician, supporting large enterprises and the public sector. In this role, you will be responsible for handling client-related tickets using ServiceNow, performing staging, configuration, and installation of clients, and managing user accounts and objects within Active Directory. You will also be involved in asset management, equipment setup, and user support. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of experience in IT technical support, strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Office 365, practical experience with Active Directory and SCCM for operating system deployment, and familiarity with 1st and 2nd level support processes and ITIL principles.
