Job Summary

This role is for a Construction Manager responsible for technically demanding building construction projects in Regensburg. You will lead projects independently within a construction management team, reporting directly to project leadership. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating foremen and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality, timely, and cost-effective execution of all site work, and documenting site activities to support project controlling. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or a comparable technical qualification, coupled with several years of experience in construction management and knowledge of VOB (German construction contract procedures). Strong organizational skills, a self-reliant work ethic, resilience, and excellent communication abilities for collaborative teamwork and subcontractor leadership are essential.
