Job Summary

As an IT Second Level Support Specialist at Köster, a leading German construction firm, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational efficiency of our nationwide branches and construction sites. Based in our central IT hub in Osnabrück, your daily responsibilities include resolving complex hardware and software incidents, managing ticket progress within our incident management system, and configuring IT equipment including PCs, notebooks, and mobile devices. You will also be responsible for user administration, specifically managing accounts and permissions within Active Directory and Entra ID.
