Job Summary

Lead and manage the System Operations team, taking responsibility for the IT infrastructure at the system level. This role involves advancing the central IT landscape with a strong focus on data protection and KRITIS-level IT security. You will direct and execute team-specific projects, conceptualize, implement, and continuously improve team-specific processes and services. Reporting to the department head is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate possesses a technical education or degree in Computer Science/Medical Informatics, several years of team leadership experience, and a solid understanding of complex network infrastructures and IT Service Management (ITIL). Experience with highly available IT infrastructures, ideally within Critical Infrastructures (KRITIS), is also highly valued.
