Job Summary

This role involves the independent design, development, and operation of IT solutions for integrating, transforming, and harmonizing medical and non-medical data. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, analyze and advance semantic data standards and interfaces like HL7 FHIR, OpenEHR, LOINC, and SNOMED CT. The position requires implementing complex IT solutions for data utilization in interdisciplinary projects and supporting other departments with interoperability and data integration expertise. Participation in supra-regional working groups is also part of the role. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree in Computer Science, Medical Informatics, Bioinformatics, or a related field, with strong skills in data integration (modeling, SQL, ETL), object-oriented programming, container technology, and CI/CD pipelines, alongside knowledge of interoperability standards.
