Job Summary

Join a leading global group in innovative aviation cargo solutions as a Sales Manager in Miesbach. You will be responsible for order intake, pricing, and new business acquisition, developing and implementing sales and booking strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth. This role involves managing value-based pricing, contract reviews, and negotiations, while actively nurturing long-term customer relationships with OEMs like Airbus and Boeing, and end customers such as airlines and MROs. You will collaborate closely with Business Unit Managers and contribute to strategic planning and business reviews. The position offers a clear development path towards a Business Unit Manager role within a performance-oriented environment.

Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university, ideally with a sales focus.

Experience

  • Minimum five years of experience in technical sales and business development
  • Demonstrated increasing responsibility in sales and business development
  • Professional experience in the aerospace environment is preferred
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales and booking strategies
  • Experience in managing value-based pricing strategies
  • Experience in contract review and negotiation
  • Experience in active customer support and building long-term customer relationships
  • Experience contributing to annual and quarterly planning and business reviews
