Job Summary
Join a leading global company in aviation cargo solutions as an IT Support Specialist/Helpdesk. You will provide 1st and 2nd level support to employees, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This includes administering operating systems, SQL servers, Azure Active Directory, licenses, and the overall server and software landscape. You'll also install, configure, and maintain workstations, mobile devices, hardware, and software, and support IT security solutions like endpoint protection and firewalls. The role involves administering enterprise applications, managing user changes, and actively contributing to the improvement of IT support processes, including documentation and special projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or a completed degree in computer science, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level)
- Experience with Windows Servers
- Experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience in setting up Active Directory domain structures
- Experience with PowerShell administration
- Familiarity with software distribution systems
- Familiarity with software packaging
