BRACE GmbH is seeking a Chemical Engineer or Chemist (B.Sc., M.Sc.) to join their innovative team as a Developer/Researcher. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving existing processes in microgranulation and microencapsulation, developing new formulations and procedures, and managing the scale-up from laboratory to production. You will also oversee production orders, conduct laboratory work, perform tests on new manufacturing equipment, and support customer interactions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong academic background in chemistry or chemical technology, practical experience with chemical processes and equipment, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Required Skills
Education
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in chemical processes, machinery, materials, and components.
- Practical experience with apparatus and plant engineering.
- Experience in cleanroom technology is desirable.
- Experience in laboratory work and development.
- Experience in process development and optimization.
