Job Summary

BRACE GmbH is seeking a Chemical Technician/Laboratory Chemist to join their innovative family-owned company specializing in microparticle and microcapsule development and production. In this role, you will be involved in developing and testing formulations for microparticles and microcapsules, preparing recipes independently or based on specifications, and producing these materials using laboratory, pilot, and cleanroom equipment. You will also be responsible for commissioning and testing newly built production facilities, performing process engineering laboratory work, and assembling equipment. The ideal candidate has a completed vocational training as a chemical technician or similar, experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic development/manufacturing, and strong problem-solving skills.
