Job Summary
CampusKontor GmbH is seeking a Location Manager for their Hamburg-Harburg campus, responsible for the overall strategic, organizational, and operational management of the educational site. This role involves coordinating central processes, future-oriented site development, and managing all steering-relevant processes in collaboration with department heads. The Location Manager will have personnel and budget responsibility, optimize course volumes, represent the company internally and externally, and develop modern further education concepts. Key requirements include a relevant degree or equivalent professional experience, several years of leadership experience (preferably in education), strong communication and organizational skills, business acumen, and experience in marketing and sales. The position offers significant autonomy, opportunities for professional development, and a dynamic work environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed studies (e.g., in educational management, social work, business administration) OR industry experience with a university degree and potentially further vocational training (Fachwirt/in) according to IHK/DQR standards.
Experience
- Several years of experience in leadership roles, ideally within the education sector
- Professional experience in marketing and sales
- Experience with digital media
- Experience with MS Office and Microsoft Teams
