Job Summary
As the Site Manager, you will hold comprehensive responsibility for the operational, organizational, and strategic direction of your educational site. This includes coordinating central processes, future-oriented site development, and leading all steering-relevant processes in direct collaboration with motivated department heads. You will manage personnel and budgets, optimize the utilization of teaching resources by identifying synergies across departments, and represent the company both internally and externally. The role involves intensive customer consultation, guest and participant support, project planning, resource allocation, and actively engaging in acquiring cooperation partners and customer retention. You will also independently develop modern further education concepts for sustainable implementation at your site. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, coupled with business acumen and experience in marketing and sales.
Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree (e.g., in Educational Management, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or similar) OR relevant industry experience and a university degree, possibly supplemented by advanced vocational training as a Fachwirt/in according to IHK/DQR regulations.
Experience
- Several years of experience in leadership positions, ideally within the education sector
- Experience in marketing and sales
- Experience with MS Office and Microsoft Teams
- Professional experience in customer consultation and support
- Experience in project planning and resource management

- Ability to work flexible hours between 6 AM and 8 PM. Partial remote work is possible. Open to applications from severely disabled employees.
