Job Summary

Required Skills

Education

Completion of Verwaltungslehrgang 2 (Public Administration Training Course 2) OR a European Qualifications Framework Level 6 qualification with several years of public sector experience OR qualification for the career path group 2, 1st entry level.

Experience

  • Completion of the 'Verwaltungslehrgang 2' (Public Administration Training Course 2) or a European Qualifications Framework Level 6 qualification with several years of experience in the public sector (employment contract), OR qualification for the career path group 2, 1st entry level (civil servant status).
  • Practical experience in public sector personnel law (employment law, collective bargaining law, civil servant law).
  • Experience with legal texts and commentaries.
  • Experience with the LOGA program (desirable).
  • Experience with trainer aptitude certification or Bachelor's degree qualification (desirable).
