Job Summary

Join Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg as a Maintenance Shift Lead in Cell Assembly. In this role, you will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical leadership of your team, ensuring the sustainable production of Tesla Model Y. Your day-to-day activities will include ensuring plant availability according to safety, quality, time, cost, and morale requirements, organizing preventive maintenance programs, and managing personnel planning. You will also be responsible for onboarding, qualifying, and coaching your team members, as well as analyzing and optimizing production processes using Lean Production, KVP, and 5S methodologies. This position requires a hands-on mentality, a willingness to work shifts, and a passion for improving processes and solving problems. You will also act as a brand ambassador, inspiring enthusiasm for Tesla among potential employees, customers, and stakeholders.
