Job Summary

Neovii Biotech is seeking a Process Development Engineer to modernize and optimize manufacturing processes for immunologically active biopharmaceutical products, focusing on antibody therapies. This role involves conducting risk analyses, developing efficient process designs, and creating cost estimations. You will plan, execute, and document development activities for Unit Operations, performing feasibility and optimization experiments across various scales. The position requires close collaboration with production, technical, qualification, and project teams, alongside supporting regulatory activities and managing project planning, reporting, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Biotechnology, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, with experience in biological drug development/production in a GMP environment.
