Job Summary
As a Team Lead for Packaging at Neovii Biotech, you will oversee and motivate a team of approximately five employees, managing the daily coordination and execution of packaging operations and visual inspections. Your role is critical in ensuring that all warehouse and material processes for end products strictly adhere to GMP quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for documenting production processes, managing deviations and CAPAs, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will lead internal projects and collaborate with cross-functional departments and international partners. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within the innovative field of antibody therapies, providing a structured yet flexible environment with short decision-making paths. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in biotechnology or process engineering with proven leadership skills, a structured organizational approach, and a strong commitment to quality and compliance in a regulated pharmaceutical production setting.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Chemistry, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in packaging within a GMP-regulated environment in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotech industry.
- Initial leadership experience in managing teams or projects.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing production processes and quality management systems.
