Job Summary
Join our team as an IT Service and User Support Specialist, providing essential technical assistance to colleagues both on-site and remotely. You will be the primary point of contact for all workplace IT matters, managing desktop PCs, notebooks, peripherals, software configurations, and user accounts. Your responsibilities will include handling support requests via a ticketing system, preparing replacement devices with pre-defined images, performing simple hardware replacements like RAM and SSD upgrades, and escalating complex repairs or warranty cases to system partners. Accurate documentation of all hardware and software issues within the ticketing system is crucial. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth IT operations for all employees.

Completed IT vocational training or equivalent practical experience
Experience
