Job Summary
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, managing incidents related to operating systems, user accounts, and Office 365. Your daily activities will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues via email, telephone, remote access, and screensharing. You will also be responsible for maintaining the internal solution wiki and escalating complex technical problems to the 2nd-level support team. The position requires a strong technical foundation in network environments and Active Directory, alongside proficiency in common ticketing systems. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Experience in troubleshooting operating systems and standard software
- Practical experience using established ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira
- Experience in user account management and Active Directory administration

- Must have business-fluent German skills (minimum C1 level). Permanent full-time availability required.
