Job Summary

Join our Electrical Operations team in Ursberg as an IT and Telecommunications Systems Specialist, a full-time, permanent role. You will be the primary contact for company telephony, managing strategic planning, handling inquiries, and monitoring issues within our TK (telecommunications) systems. Your responsibilities include coordinating with telecom providers, planning new installations at our sites, and meticulously documenting all activities. You will also configure interfaces to other systems, such as paging systems, and independently manage projects within the telecommunications sector. This role requires a completed apprenticeship in IT/telecommunications or an equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of TK system networking, and experience with TK-VoIP. Ideal candidates possess a driver's license class B and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
