Job Summary
As an Electronics Technician for Information and Telecommunications Technology, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the communication infrastructure at our Ursberg facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for corporate telephony, overseeing strategic planning, managing internal and external inquiries, and monitoring telecommunications system performance. You will coordinate with external service providers, plan new installations, and ensure meticulous documentation. Additionally, you will configure system interfaces, such as paging systems, and manage telecommunications projects independently. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a varied workload involving both technical configuration and project coordination. You will be part of a dedicated technical team responsible for critical infrastructure, offering a stable, full-time position in an environment that values professional development and proactive problem-solving.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT/Telecommunications or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in information and telecommunications technology.
- Experience in the networking of telecommunications systems.
- Experience with VoIP technology and specific telecommunications hardware/software systems.
