Job Summary
Join Mercedes-Benz Consulting GmbH as a Consultant specializing in Customer Data Platforms, CRM, and Consent Management. In this role, you will be the key partner for clients, advising them on IT transformation projects. Your day-to-day will involve analyzing system requirements, evaluating complex business processes and IT landscapes, and translating these into clear specifications. You will develop sustainable concepts, create user stories, and ensure consistent implementation. This position offers the opportunity to lead (partially) projects, manage interdisciplinary requirements in national and international settings, preferably in agile environments, and work with modern technologies. The role requires a strong understanding of data-driven products, customer data systems, and data privacy, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung, bei einem OEM oder Technologieanbieter (Relevant experience in management consulting, with an OEM, or technology provider)
- Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Bereich datengetriebener Produkte, Kundendatensystemen (z.B. Salesforce), Datenbanklösungen oder Datenschutz (Solid practical experience in data-driven products, customer data systems (e.g., Salesforce), database solutions, or data privacy)
- Erfahrungen im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement, idealerweise mit entsprechender Zertifizierung (Experience in project and process management, ideally with relevant certification)
- Fundiertes Wissen über Vertriebsstrukturen im Automotive Umfeld (Solid knowledge of sales structures in the automotive environment)
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Data Science und Workflow-Design/-Automatisierung (Initial experience in Data Science and workflow design/automation)
- Erste praktische Erfahrung mit SQL, Python oder APEX (Initial practical experience with SQL, Python, or APEX)
