This role involves overall strategic and operational responsibility for the branch, including financial management (budget, revenue, results), disciplinary leadership of approximately 40 employees, and driving process improvements. You will oversee complex projects such as the construction of 110kV substations, medium/low voltage switchgear, and maintenance services, while ensuring quality, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate possesses an engineering degree, extensive experience in energy supply systems, and at least two years of leadership experience.
