Job Summary
As an IT 1st Level Support Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing crucial support for hardware, software, and network problems. Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing and resolving issues across Windows and Linux systems, managing user accounts, and supporting critical business applications like Microsoft Office 365. You'll be responsible for ticket and incident management, ensuring timely resolution of support requests, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support. This role also includes assisting with system and software maintenance, conducting basic user training, and creating documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of IT support experience, strong technical knowledge in operating systems and networking fundamentals, and excellent communication skills.
