Job Summary
The Corporate Rates Club, an expert in corporate hotel booking and billing, is seeking a motivated IT 1st Level Support Technician to join their team in Stralsund, Germany. This is a critical full-time, permanent role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and networking across Windows and basic Linux systems. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts via Active Directory, providing support for Microsoft Office 365, and handling ticket management through helpdesk systems like Jira, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT education and 3-5 years of dedicated experience in IT support. You must demonstrate strong technical knowledge in Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking principles, coupled with excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical matters to non-technical users.
