Join a dynamic project as an IT System Administrator focused on First Level Support in Hagen (Haspe). You will be responsible for handling IT requests and incidents via a ticketing system, phone, and email. Your day-to-day tasks include analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and permissions in Active Directory, and installing, configuring, and maintaining IT systems. You will also document solutions and escalate complex problems to the Second Level Support.
