Join a leading engineering and technology services group as an IT Support and Process Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for handling IT incidents and service requests through 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring reliable and efficient resolution. Your daily tasks include logging, prioritizing, and documenting all incoming tickets within the ticketing system, adhering to the service catalog and internal guidelines. You will also manage user permissions, escalate complex issues, and contribute to improving service processes by creating reports and ensuring ticket quality. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Support, ideally in 1st and 2nd Level
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., OTRS, ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experience in managing user permissions
- Experience in process improvement and service reporting
