Job Summary

This role involves managing import/export operations for international markets, ensuring compliance with sanctions and legal requirements. You will be responsible for customs declarations, determining customs values, and managing supplier declarations for preferential and non-preferential origin. The position requires utilizing AEB software for preference calculations and compliance tools, as well as managing trade reporting and customs-relevant master data in SAP. You will also handle permit management and liaise with authorities. This is a full-time, permanent position within a leading engineering and technology services group serving the automotive industry and other technology sectors. The role offers a dynamic environment with significant strategic and operational impact.

Required Skills

Education

Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in wholesale/foreign trade or customs.

Experience

  • Several years of experience in customs and foreign trade operations
  • Professional experience in import/export business strategy implementation
  • Experience with customs declarations and customs value determination
  • Experience in managing supplier declarations and preference calculations
  • Experience with AEB software for customs and compliance
  • Experience in SAP for master data management
  • Experience in permit management and authority communication
