You will act as the primary escalation point between 1st-level support, business departments, and IT, overseeing complex issue resolution, customisation adjustments, and system enhancements. The position requires managing internal and external developers, leading test management and quality assurance, and ensuring compliance in role and authorization management. You will also be responsible for building knowledge architecture, creating documentation, and driving SAP project contributions.
