Job Summary
This role is for an Organization and Process Consultant within the Digitalization and E-Government unit of the Pinneberg district administration in Schleswig-Holstein. You will be responsible for advising departments on the development and optimization of structures, processes, and workflows, analyzing existing procedures, and supporting change processes. The position involves developing future-oriented solutions, creating guidelines, conducting personnel assessments, and managing process optimization initiatives. You will also facilitate team development, lead projects, and conduct training sessions. The role requires a background in public administration or a relevant social science/business degree, coupled with practical experience in change management, organizational development, and process optimization. Strong moderation, IT affinity (Microsoft Office), and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Skills
Education
Eligibility for the 1st entry level of career group 2 'General Services' OR training as an administrative specialist with Angestelltenlehrgang 2. Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Psychology, or Social Sciences.
Experience
- Several years of relevant practical experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, or Transformation Management
- Professional experience in process optimization

- Experience in leading complex workshops
- Professional experience in consulting leadership on organizational development and strategic investigations
