This role is for a Project Manager in Electrical Engineering within the Technical Building Management department of a district administration in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. You will be responsible for the comprehensive project management and client function for electrical engineering renovation and new construction projects. This includes planning, implementing, and overseeing external planning offices and specialist companies to ensure quality, cost, and schedule adherence. The position involves analyzing building requirements, developing future-proof technical concepts, and preparing technical measures strategically and economically. You will also drive the digital transformation of building management through digital object and process documentation, and contribute to the strategic alignment of property management and budget responsibility. Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's/FH Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Plant and Operations Engineering, Supply and Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering. Alternatively, a comparable qualification, such as a specialist planner for electrical engineering with relevant experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
  • Profound knowledge in project management.
  • Profound knowledge in the technical planning of building systems.
  • Experience in the planning and implementation of special constructions is desirable.
  • Experience with relevant regulations including HOAI, VOB, LBO, DIN 276/277, and BauGB.
  • Experience with CAD systems (ideally Autodesk products).
  • Experience with AVA systems (preferably California.pro).
