Job Summary
The Residence City of Neustrelitz is seeking an Administrative Specialist for Culture and Town Partnerships to manage budget resources, oversee procurement processes, and handle artist social security contributions. This role involves organizing and executing city events, managing exhibitions, assisting with funding applications, and coordinating town beautification projects. The position also requires planning and accompanying visits from partner cities, preparing and attending committee meetings, and collaborating with internal and external partners. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training in public administration or a comparable field, possess knowledge of accounting, and demonstrate strong organizational, responsible, and service-oriented skills. This is a part-time, fixed-term position for 2 years, averaging 30 hours per week.

Experience

- Preferably several years of professional experience in administration, ideally in local government
