Job Summary

Join LEONARDO Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Leonardo S.p.A. and a leader in meteorological radar systems, as a Development Engineer for Transmitter Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and support of microwave transmitters (magnetron, klystron, or semiconductor transmitters), as well as the design, assembly, commissioning, and qualification of RF and power electronic prototypes. You will analyze system and circuit concepts, oversee the transfer of prototypes to series production, and conduct various measurements and tests on electronic assemblies. The position requires a degree in electrical, communications, or high-frequency engineering, several years of experience in developing electronic assemblies, and proficiency with PCB layout and simulation tools.
