Job Summary
Join the Rheingau-Taunus-Kreis administration as an IT System Administrator to ensure the stable, secure, and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing our systems, including servers, storage, networks, and Exchange, as well as administering Active Directory. Your role involves monitoring systems, analyzing and resolving issues, contributing to technical concepts, and creating documentation. This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible working hours, home office options, and 30 days of annual leave, contributing to the digital advancement of the region. We seek individuals with strong technical skills and a proactive, service-oriented approach.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or vocational training as a Fachinformatiker (System Integration) with relevant experience.
Experience
- Completed university degree in Computer Science (Bachelor's), OR
- Completed vocational training as a specialist in system integration with at least three years of proven relevant professional experience
- Professional experience in Windows Server environments
- Professional experience with Active Directory and network services
- Professional experience with virtualization technologies
- Professional experience with IT security concepts
